RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICIAN
Naperville & Surrounding Suburbs
LICENSED ELECTRICIAN - SAFE, CODE COMPLIANT WORK
I am a licensed and insured residential electrician with 11 years of hands-on experience serving homeowners throughout the Naperville and Bolingbrook area and surrounding cities. All work is performed directly by myself, the owner-operator, ensuring consistent workmanship, clear communication, and accountability from start to finish. No subcontractors, receptionists, helpers, or anyone else will be involved.
I perform any and all residential electrical services, specializing in EV charger installations, electrical panel upgrades and repairs, troubleshooting, and new outlets, though simple fixture/fan/switch replacements are common as well. Every project is completed to the current electrical code and local standards and backed by a 10-year workmanship warranty. In addition, I have a $2 million insurance policy with Farmers and maintain bonding with various cities.
As a small, low-overhead local business, I offer straightforward pricing, and am generally quick to respond to requests and questions. Estimates are free, and I can usually schedule within a few days to 1-2 weeks at most. Let me know how I can help you!

You want a licensed, insured, qualified electrician to do work on your own home. At David's, there is only one electrician on staff, the owner, so there is no need to worry that you will be getting someone inexperienced or indifferent working for you. No recent hires, no apprentices or helpers pretending to be what they are not - you have guaranteed service from the owner himself. My priority is your safety, and all installations are up to recent code requirements.
For every electrical issue you may have, I can help. Whatever it may be: lost power to a circuit, repairing an outlet, replacing a burnt-out fan, replacing a circuit breaker.
I have come across just about everything in my decade+ of experience. I could write a book about common issues, I practically have on the repair page linked below. Glowing red terminals, wires that melted off their receptacle, switches placed in walls without boxes, splices that sparked if you breathed on them...
Some things happen because a device fails, but more often than not it's because the installer did something improper. So my job is often not just finding the source of the problem, but remediating a number of adjacent problems-in-waiting that the previous worker left, like ticking time bombs, to melt down or lose power. It's all too common.

Lighting is one of the most overlooked aspects of a home. Interior design without lighting design is missing perhaps the most important element in determining the final appearance of the home.
Functional lighting can greatly improve the usability of spaces in your home, such as kitchen cabinet lighting, workshop lighting, and office lighting. Dim light can impair the work you need to get done and frustrate you subtly every day.
Aesthetic and accent lighting can drastically enhance the look of any room and the house as a whole, inside and out. While much of design can be subjective, there are also many objective mistakes non-professionals can make in lighting a space.
Improvements to lighting will lead to improvements to your home's market value, as well as to your family.

“David installed a subpanel for us in our new garage. He did a great job, his craftsmanship and attention to detail are both top notch, but I think the most important thing is that during the quoting/scoping of the job he asked the right questions and then helped us understand the what/why of different options. It's clear that he cares and I won't hesitate to reach out for my next project.
